11175 – POLICY – Audit short rate penalty is now available. When you select a short rate penalty on the home page of an audit, the rate and penalty amount is included in the rating algorithm for the audit (only).
11215 – POLICY – Added the ability to specify a custom data extract (JSON) when printing policy docs. This is controlled by the implementation team and no longer relies on a developer to update code to make the change. This should simplify and speed up our ability to add policy docs.
11355 – PORTAL – Security rights for portal users is now active. If a user does not have a permission to see a certain area (i.e. billing, claims, or policy), they are not displayed. A base portal user with no authority will have access to general documents only – not including Loss Control docs as those have a required security permission.
Enhancements:
11255 – POLICY – When auditing a policy adding class codes that would duplicate the class code and location are now allowed – only at audit.
11101 – POLICY – Added the ability to print a different certificate form for multiple programs within the same customer.
11354 – PORTAL – Added the ability to hide the make a payment button/link if the user doesn’t have the authority and/or if the program doesn’t allow for it.
11300 – SERVICE – This is a maintenance task to review all external packages used by the system for updates – new versions and bug fixes – and applied all changes and made sure they did not adversely affect the application.
11528 – POLICY – Added the invoice adjustment and billing transaction for payroll report adjustments.
11567 – POLICY – This one was going to be included, but didn’t pass QA, which is fine since that is why we do that step.
11610 – CLAIMS – Added the ability to search for a claimant by Social Security Number. You can enter an SSN without the hyphens and it will search. Also added the ability to search by adding “SS” in front of the number to specify to the search engine to only use the SSN. This would prevent extra results coming back with just a number.
Bugs:
11308 – CLAIMS – Fixed the alignment issues on the change status modal.
11388 – POLICY – Fixed the endorsement bind issue when adding a new invoice.
11500 – POLICY – Fixed the policy key fields endorsement so that the effective and/or expiration date can be changed independently.
11387 – POLICY – Fixed the issue with the change status modal inside a quote (in the header) not always saving properly.
11390 – POLICY – The “lazy load” feature on the underwriting workflow page has been addressed so that it loads properly when first opened instead of waiting for the delayed data update.
11414 – POLICY – Fixed the scrolling issue on tables with large amounts of data where it would appear to lose records when you scroll back and forth. Initially noticed on the Scheduled tab in billing but ultimately was affecting all tables with large records returned.
11290 – POLICY – When changing the primary address of an insured, a subsequent endorsement wouldn’t see the change because of bad dates. This has been modified, and address change endorsements work now.
11563 – GENERAL – Discovered an issue when clearing a date field, the entire page would go to white and force the user to re-load.
11534 – POLICY – Fixed the alignment of the class code description on the payroll report form.
11535 – POLICY – Fixed the issue on a payroll report form when the total due equates to zero and a strange value would be displayed.
11569 – POLICY – Fixed the issue on a payroll report form when you uncomplete a form with an adjustment on it the total due would be incorrect.
11471 – POLICY – Fixed the issue on a payroll report form save button not always saving.
11557 – CLAIMS – Fixed the task slide out getting stuck.
11504 – CLAIMS – Fixed the mailroom save and next feature so that it won’t preselect “Assigned” automatically.
11577 – CLAIMS – Fixed the save button not displaying when information is updated.
11603 – CLAIMS – Fixed the correspondence letters section not printing and unable to unselect documents.
11604 – GENERAL – Fixed the home page task link not opening the task when clicked.
