True was founded in 2022 by a team of insurance technology veterans who kept seeing the same problem: workers' comp insurers were stuck with outdated, clunky systems that made hard work harder. So we set out to build something better.

From the start, we put people at the center. Not only the insurers who run our software, but their teams, their agents, and the injured workers on the other side of every claim.
