11257 – POLICY – We have changed the underwriting notes on the Audits to a modal to match what is used on the Quote, and to allow users to add notes without having to leave the page.
11320 – POLICY – On the Insured’s Billing Activity page header, the total billed, paid, and adjustments are displayed.
11376 – POLICY – When a policy is unbound, the previous billing rule for the insured is flagged as deleted so that when the policy is re-bound there will not be a conflict or duplicate.
11494 – POLICY – The print routine for certificates has been updated to use the new custom SQL for the JSON output.
11827 – CLAIMS – We have updated the claim header to highlight the status when a claim is closed and to include the date.
11882 – PORTAL – We have added a category drop down list to the claim notes so that users can filter the table to view only the category they’d like.
11929 – POLICY – On the payroll report form, if an included officer is added to the policy and flagged for billing, their name and associated class code are displayed on the payroll form to make it easier to differentiate their payroll from the rest of the report.
12035 – POLICY – When a policy is unbound and subsequently re-bound, any past invoices which would normally have already been released will be included in the billing activity at bind.
11270 – POLICY – To accompany item 11929 above, when a new payroll report is created, and an officer is included with billing enabled, a class code linked to them is added to the payroll report.
11905 – POLICY – We have modified and streamlined the policy bind process as part of other changes that have been made over the past few releases. This is just to make sure the code doesn’t get overly complicated with multiple changes. We just want you to know that changes in this area have been made and to be vigilant in case something does come up
Bugs:
12065 – POLICY/CLAIMS – Updated the tasks listing on the home page to ensure that the category and priority are displaying.
12070 – POLICY – Fixed the issue with the underwriter being assigned to a quote when they open it due to the system automatically selecting them from the drop down list of assignees.
12072 – CLAIMS – Fixed the issue with the nature of injury not being saved correctly.
12078 – CLAIMS – Addressed an issue with notes being copy and pasted from outside the system bringing invalid characters causing an error.
12096 – PORTAL – Fixed the issue when you remove all permissions from a portal user they are made inactive, but adding permissions back wasn’t changing them back to active.
11932 – CLAIMS – Updated the payment to not record a payment status history change when any other items on the payment are changed, but not the status.
11980 – CLAIMS – Updated the display in the mail room to adjust for lower screen resolutions and zoom settings.
11392 – POLICY – Fixed the issue with adding insureds via a new submission setting an effective date for the insured and addresses causing later issues with a new quote being created.
12085 – POLICY – Updated the sort order on the Endorsement Forms so that they display in the correct order specified in the table.
