Her leadership in sales and marketing has been pivotal in promoting MTMIC within their agency network, to current customers, and among business partners, solidifying the company’s market presence and growth.

His initial role involved consulting across various states, which paved the way for his promotion to manage the Loss Prevention department and agency marketing in 2014. Brian’s multifaceted expertise and involvement in cross-departmental projects led to his appointment as Vice President of Operations in 2017, where he continues to leverage his diverse skill set to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.

LaToya Welch is the Self-Insured Fund Account Manager for the Mid-South Region at Arthur J. Gallagher. With 14 years of experience managing complex operations, LaToya assists in the daily responsibilities and supervision of nine AJG managed companies. Her primary role is managing the operational aspects of three workers’ compensation Self-Insured Fund pools from the Monroe, Louisiana office. Her responsibilities have encompassed client portfolio management, budget planning, annual cash flow analysis, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable. LaToya plays a crucial role in ensuring successful audits and serves as the primary liaison for vendor relations and software implementation.
