New Features:

  • 10413 – CLAIMS – A new tab is available on the claim payment modal to display the details of a payment.  These details represent the explanation of benefits that were sent when a provider’s bill is paid.  These can be imported in a feed from a bill review company or can be entered when a payment is created.
  • 3042 – POLICY – Ability to view/edit a commission payment record.  When a commission transaction is record, a corresponding payment is made (at that same time or at a later date). This allows the user to view these records in the UI.
  • 10664 – POLICY – Added a field to track the industry of an insured. This is displayed as a drop-down list when editing an Insured’s record.
  • Enhancements:
  • 10793 – QUOTE – On the quote, the listing of agencies was changed to be alphabetically.
  • 10782 – POLICY – The listing of payments for an insured now default to sort by payment date in descending order
  • 10780 – POLICY – Several changes to the new payment modal:
  • When you set the date fields (Payment, Received, and Postmarked) the value is retained for later payments until you change them again.
  • Enter button now saves the record – instead of having to click on the Save button
  • When you enter a Payment Date, this automatically populates the Received and Postmarked dates to the same value
  • When you enter the amount of the payment, the amount to apply to individual accounts/invoices is updated to reflect only the amount of the payment
  • The drop-down list of accounts is now filtered to only show those used for payments
  • In the listing of account balances the invoice numbers are now included, and the user can post to them individually.
  • 10677 – POLICY – On the top-level billing page for ACH, we’ve added a column for the status.
  • 10662 – POLICY – Removed the validation that requires the ownership percent when adding an officer on the insured or from a new submission.
  • 10619 – POLICY – On the policy change status form, the comments field has been made larger – for display, the size of the data field remains unchanged (but still pretty big).
  • 10618 – POLICY – Updated the policy narratives form to display the items in the order specified by the category and changed the font color to make them easier to read.
  • 10617 – POLICY – Added the agency name to the policy header (shown while working in a quote).
  • 10607 – Updated the look a feel of the tabs when displaying an insured or claim to make it easier to differentiate which is the active tab from the others.
  • 11011, 10997, 11089, 10985, 10912 – Changes to the policy, cancellation, and certificate JSON for document purposes. 

Bugs:

  • 10971 – POLICY – Risk ID formatting – allow leading zeros, letters, and hyphens
  • 10938 – QUOTE – When entering the exposure on a quote, the number of employees was defaulting to 1 instead of zero.
  • 10935 – POLICY – When changing or setting the user assigned to a policy it was selecting an old policy instead of the one being actively worked/quoted.
  • 10918 – CLAIM – If you rename an item from an insured or claim files area and then attempt it as part of a batch, the renamed files were excluded.
  • 10911 – POLICY – The listing of cancellations was displaying the last activity with time formatted in UTC instead of the user’s time zone.
  • 10788 – QUOTE – After you bound a policy and opted to remain on the quote, the header was not refreshing to reflect the changes from the bind.
  • 10581 – CLAIM – After editing a reserve transaction, the underlying table of reserves was not being refreshed to show the changes.
  • 10575 – POLICY – Fixed the validation for the max length of a named insured.
  • 10395 – CLAIM – Fixed the validation for required fields when editing a recurring payment.
  • 10339 – CLAIM – Fixed the console error displayed when opening the details tab of a claim.
  • 10314 – CLAIM – Fixed the issue when downloading one or more files, the selected files change to inline editable mode.
  • 10307 – CLAIM – Fixed the display of the Subrogation Amount on the claim details tab.
  • 10255 – CLAIM – Fixed the search filtering on recurring payments.
  • 10174 – POLICY – Removed the phantom save button on the Program Admin pages.
  • 10072 – CLAIM – Fixed the erroneous duplicate contact warning on claim contacts.
  • 10070 – POLICY – Fixed the refresh when changing an insured’s relationship.
  • 10050 – CLAIM – Updated the date formats in the claim financial history table.
  • 9976 – POLICY – Removed the credit card button when receiving a check payment.
  • 9975 – POLICY – Removed the requirement for a dedicated payment processor when receiving checks only.
  • 9973 – PORTAL – Fixed the display of policies on the portal to not included deleted.
  • 9957 – CLAIM – Fixed the discount amount validation message on the claim payment. 
  • 9957a – CLAIM – Addresses the issue of changing the status of a claim payment so that Pending Approval can go back to Pending, and Denied can go back to Pending Approval.  Also updated to enable the Save button when the status is changed to Denied.
  • 9891 – CLAIM – Fixed the issue with copying a task that includes a file not being able to delete the file from one of the tasks (original or copied).
  • 9715 – POLICY – Updated the validation on custom text fields to restrict to the maximum length specified for the field.
  • 11091 – CLAIM – Addressed the claim search when adding a file in the mail room
  • 10714 – CLAIM – Fixed the error displayed on screen when adding a reserve – that still saves.
  • 11092 – CLAIM – Cleaned up the claim add payment form so that all items fit when there are flags on the claim.
  • 11174 – POLICY – Fixed the Complete function on a payroll report – Complete only, not complete with payment.
