3037 – POLICY – Viewing late fee detail (listing is already complete)
Enhancements:
10781 – ALL – When searching for an insured or claim, the results have been arranged so that active/open records are first followed by prospects and inactive/closed record.
10794 – ALL – We have removed the paging from the recents and pinned items on the home page. Now all items can be viewed and just scroll through them.
10947 – POLICY – When creating a new quote and selecting an agency, the first item selected will default to the primary.
11002 – POLICY – The same custom field that is selected to show in the insured header will now also display in the policy header.
11034 – CLAIMS – We have removed the “unassigned” item from the Assigned To pick list for filtering the table.
11037 – ALL – The size of the scrollbars has been increased.
11039 – PORTAL – If a user has more than one insured assigned to them on the portal, the list of options to select the insured they want to work with has been sorted alphabetically.
11040 – POLICY – When a payment is posted, the default description has been changed to include the payment type (i.e. if a check is received the description reads “Check Payment Received”).
11119 – PORTAL – Specific file attachment categories can be flagged as available on the portal for user to see. These will appear in the documents section and can be categorized specifically for the portal user.
11121 – PORTAL – User on the portal can now upload files and directly attach them to a claim. The adjuster is notified, and the file(s) are placed in a specific category – which the adjuster can them move if needed.
11125 – PORTAL – Added claim documents to the portal. User can now see any document that has been uploaded by a portal user (only).
11184 – CLAIMS – The stored procedure that runs the mail room listing has been updated. If you were waiting for this, and you know who you are, this makes sense to you. If it doesn’t, it doesn’t apply to you.
Bugs:
1323 – POLICY – On the program admin page for class codes, the paging has been removed (scrollbars instead).
1489 – POLICY – Fixed the default sort order for the class codes on the program admin pages
1564 – POLICY – Fixed the column formatting (alignments) on the Agency page
8044 – CLAIMS – Fixed the issue causing the claimant dependents to be displayed as duplicates (they weren’t really duplicates).
8394 – POLICY – Fixed the alignment on the Insured information page for certain fields.
8492 – CLAIMS – Fixed the date format on the financials tables.
8495 – CLAIMS – Fixed the issue with voiding a payment selecting an incorrect record if a date was changed on a pending payment first.
9090 – POLICY – Removed the ability to accidentally create multiple primary billing and physical addresses.
9539 – CLAIMS – Fixed the scrolling issue on incidents when no records are returned.
9724 – POLICY – Fixed the default agency score based on config for the program.
10102 – POLICY – Addressed the issue with inactive records not being displayed on the names and addresses tables.
10235 – POLICY – Fixed the las logon field displayed on the listing of portal users and on the pop-up that displays.

11017 – ALL – Fixed the issue when editing a file to change the name of it and if it has a period in the name (other than before the file extension), everything after the period was lost.
11035 – CLAIMS – Fixed the Occurred On Premises field displaying as checked incorrectly if the data is missing (null) – now displays as unchecked.
11047 – POLICY – When attempting to delete an invoice nothing would appear to happen, but in the background the invoice was flagged as deleted, but the UI was not respecting that.
11048 – PORTAL – Fixed the claim link on the home page to open the claim in the same manner as it does from the claim page listing.
11071 – CLAIMS – Fixed the page refresh when reallocating reserves.
11118 – POLICY – Fixed the typo on “Show Titles” (should be Show Tiles) on the underwriting page and the “Non-Compliant” (should be Non-Compliant) on the audit page.
11201 – PORTAL – Fixed the recent claims section on the portal to sync up with the selected insured and not get the “Dave” error.
11252 – CLAIMS – Fixed the issue with the mail room when assigning a file it was changing the status automatically.
10910 – POLICY – Fixed the insured’s billing accounts table accidentally showing with inline editing.
11278 – POLICY – Fixed the insured’s billing accounts not keeping the leading zeros on routing numbers.
10992 – POLICY – When selecting the quarterly payment plan with equal payments it was still showing the remainder in the first bill.
