Urias McCullough is a Database Architect with over 30 years of experience in software development and database design. Beginning his career in 1994, Urias has held roles across technical support, quality assurance, network and systems management, business analysis, senior software engineering, database administration, and sales/marketing.
For the past 24 years, Urias has specialized in developing insurtech solutions for public risk self-insurance groups and niche markets, focusing on data integration and management to enhance operational efficiency, data security, and interdepartmental collaboration.
Mike Perkins, Chief Executive Officer, Vergence
Mike Perkins is a former Vice President of IT for Medical Malpractice Insurance Carrier where he created insurance interfaces for Claims, Customer Service, Underwriting and other departments that orchestrated activities across systems including core policy, claims and document management platforms. Now he runs Vergence, a company specialized in insurance process orchestration with a focus on claims, customer service, and document management.
