New Features:

  • 10415 – CLAIM – We now have the ability to manually enter a bill and perform a review applying a fee schedule based on the codes, state, region, and program to determine how much to pay.
  • 10966 – POLICY – You can now add a new, no-charge waiver from the insured’s policy menu.
  • 10967 – POLICY – In addition to the above, the functionality to view and edit an existing waiver is available*
  • 11229 – POLICY – Endorsements can now use custom JSON to build policy documents.
  • 11230 – POLICY – Audits can now use custom JSON to build policy documents.
  • 11497 – POLICY – Invoices can now use custom JSON when printing.

*NOTE – The ability to print the waiver is coming soon.

Enhancements:

  • 10678 – POLICY – Clicking on the open icon for a cancellation will now open that modal for viewing/editing.
  • 10723 – POLICY – When adding a new submission or quote, the underwriter will default to the current user.
  • 11116 – POLICY – Added the rescission and reinstatement letter links to the cancellation and are always visible.
  • 11327 – POLICY – Updated the payment activity grid in the aggregate billing section to improve the speed of loading.
  • 11371 – PORTAL – Removed the width constraint for the company’s logo on the portal.
  • 11480 – POLICY – The audit results page was not respecting deleted payments.  This has been corrected.
  • 11519 – POLICY – The schedule rating form on a quote will now only require a comment/justification if the total amount of the credit/debit is over 25%.
  • 11565 – POLICY – We have removed time from all policy and billing dates that are stored by the system.  This should alleviate any issue with UDT versus the user’s time zone.
  • 11582 – POLICY – The “Clear Assignment” option has been moved to the top of the drop down list when changing a status/assignment to make it easier to find.
  • 11615 – POLICY – When an insured is inactive, their status in the header is now red and bold followed by the termination date to make it easier to know when an insured in not active.
  • 10491 – CLAIMS – Updated the query/filters for the Notes Past 7 Days tile to improve functionality
  • 11769 – CLAIMS – Added accident year as a placeholder for system generated numbers (i.e. claims can now show the accident year as part of the claim number).

Bugs:

  • 11382 – POLICY – When a quote is initially created it was not assigned a status by default, this has been fixed.
  • 11484 – POLICY – Fixed the issue when the policy dates are changed on a quote it also updates the state records to reflect the same change.  However, if there is a split on the policy the dates will not be allowed to change.
  • 11556 – CLAIMS – The required field validation was being fired incorrectly on the Payment Category field when adding a new payment.
  • 11708 – CLAIMS – The payment category dropdown list was not being populated on refund transactions.
  • 11759 – CLAIMS – Fixed the issue when creating a new task and comments were being inserted as null instead of blank.
  • 11775 – POLICY – When a policy was bound and then unbound and bound again, the system erroneously issued a new policy number, but did not update the insured code.  Now, it leaves the insured code as it should and re-uses the policy number as originally bound.
  • 11774 – POLICY – Fixed the issue when adding a duplicate class code and location.
  • 11768 – POLICY – The custom fields on a quote were not saving to the database and only existing in the JSON, but when re-opening the quote, it would clear them out as it tried to read them from the database.
  • 11509 – POLICY – Fixed the dates for the quarterly billing option on the quote.
